Joe Bonamassa and Sandi Thom - Bird on a Wire - HD - San Francisco - 3/12/10I shot this video on March 12, 2010 at the Palace of the Fine Arts in San Francisco, California. This song, 'Bird on a Wire', was written by the great Leonard Cohen. Joe Bonamassa covers it beautifully on his new album, 'Black Rock' and I was lucky to catch him performing it just before the album's release, scheduled for March 23, 2010. His friend, Sandi Thom, flew in from London to join him for the occasion, and, as always, Joe was supported by his brilliant band - Carmine Rojas on bass, Bogie Bowles on drums, and Rick Melick on keyboards.
