PEOPLES PARTIES BY Joni MitchellJoni Mitchell did so many really Great lp's. She personifies the deeply confessional Singer/Songwriter. To me the "Court And Spark " LP is the certainly the most ambitiously Commercial LP that Joni ever release. From a producers stand point it is akin to The Beatles "Abbey Road" or Elton John's "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" or Cat Stevens "Tea For The Tillerman" You can put "Court And Spark" on and It's like a Aural Garden of Sweeping strings accompanying the quintessential Melodies and Back-up Musicians that has made this to me her greatest work.
